Anyone remember what they did to Westwood (edit: or Origin, for those who remember them) after picking them up? One of the most respected development studios (at the time) was torn to shreds, then folded when it couldn't produce up to EA's standards in terms of commercial success - as a result of the conditions EA set (through cut development cycles etc).

So, I guess this means:
- No more KOTOR with Bioware involvement (LucasArts holds rights to the franchise).
- No Mass Effect PC (was rumored, probably in development. EA doesn't like PC games, unless they're multiplayer-centered or made by Maxis).

This is going to hell in a handbasket.

I smell more failures incoming...

Like what they did to BF2142.

Their lazy asses and corrupt marketing are too lazy to get it working with Vista.

For a year now.

Well I can only hope Bioware can survive through EA's initiation. Maybe under Peter Moore things will be different...

I rather enjoy a life of taking it easy. I haven't reached that life yet though.
