Gaming EA NHL for Wii

Don't really care about the cheesy peripheral... but the concept of it allowing you to play the career mode starting your player at age 11 (Pee-wee) then moving up all the ranks until you make it in the NHL, then your retirement at age 40 or earlier. Even more in depth career mode then offered in the big console versions of the game. Have to wait and see how they do the controls... I didn't mind 2K's NHL Wii attempts, but I'd never play them over the EA NHL offerings my Xbox 360. But if this is not coming out too much later then the 360 release, I'll give it a serious try and may play it as my main NHL game of the season.

I'll buy it.. but I don't want this dumb peripherals! COME ON!!!

It's reported by multiple sources now. But they all said EA would be announcing it in the up coming week(s). The peripheral is really lame... do agree. I'll be playing it with out.
