Hacking DVD+R set Book Type

Hi. I'd like to change my booktype because I'm burning games on DVD+R. But I don't know which brand I have to choose. I have an Optiarc BD ROM BC-5500S4. Which of the following should I choose:

Plextor
RICOH
Samsung
BenQ
LG
LITE-ON
NEC
Nu Tech

And what should I choose if I had a TSSTcorp drive? Saumsung?

Well from my experience when I tried this I couldn´t do it because I didn´t have any of those drives, so what I did was flash it to a lite-on and it worked although I wouldn´t recommend this since there´s a chance you could damage your drive in the process.
But is it that hard to just get dvd-r discs?? Dvd+r work but they damage your wii´s laser way more quickly than dvd-r. So it´s better to get dvd-r discs or an usb.
