Homebrew Question Duplicating a switch

Hey guys! I try to do research and not ask too many questions, but I can't seem to find the answer for this one.

Suppose I have a golden switch setup and want to duplicate it. I have read that I can't just use the rawnand onto another switch, but is there something I can do to make the new switch mirror the original with the same sd card contents?

You will need to manually install whichever games are on the first Switch onto the second Switch. You will also need to backup your save files on the first Switch using Checkpoint before restoring those save files on the second Switch with Checkpoint.

Up on the latest firmware, all pertinent "apps" installed and updated with patches/updates/dlc/unlocks. Just an undertaking for replicating.

Basically what this guys wants to do is just easily make a bunch of switches with a whole bunch of pirated games on them so he can sell them on craigslist for a profit.
