Hacking Duplicate Apps

I originally has a softmii'd Wii and I had a few apps like GC backup launcher loaded to the channels menu. I have now followed the excellent xzxero 4.2 guide and all has went well.

I wanted to add a few apps as channels and I've donw so by using wad manager 1.5 - but now I seem to have duplicate's. I cant find a way how to remove the old channels.

Could someone help ?

system menu -- wii button bottom right -- data management -- wii -- channels

select a channel then hit erase

go to the Wii icon in the bottom left corner
Data management > wii channels
i think you can remove some there.

Just one other thing. When installing using wad manager 1.5 - Is it IOS36 that is the IOS to be used ?
