Hacking Dumping own games?

I'm trying to get the Saves off of my retail games on to my Acekard. Except being that I have a DSi I have to do it the wifi way. I'm using NDS_Backup_Tool_Wifi_031f and it runs fine but can't recognize any of my games. I don't understand why. I press the reset button and when i go to the menu it shows the game icon and loads it. So my DSi reads it but not the program? Can anyone get it to work? Are there DSi alternatives?

NDS backup tool is hardware specific, only works with the NDS not the DSi. that is your problem.

No, there is no DSi alternative.
