Hacking Dumping a WiiWare title

So, I've noticed that no one has dumped the Japanese WiiWare title, Gradius ReBirth. This topic of conversation can quickly go into piracy, but that's not what I'm looking to discuss. I have a Japanese Wii, but I don't have Twilight Princess for it, so I was wondering the feasibility of downloading it on my American Wii and making it region-free so that I could play it on my American Wii whenever I wanted, instead of having to plug in my Japanese Wii every time I wanted to play it.

I've not done any of this before, but after doing some reading, I should be able to accomplish my goal if I follow the below steps?

1.) Change my Wii Shop channel to JP using AnyRegion Changer v1.1
2.) Purchase & download Gradius ReBirth
3.) Revert my Wii Shop channel to USA
4.) Dump my Wii's NAND flash using Waninkoko's Wii FileSystem Dumper v1
5.) Use trent_fox's wad packer v0.1.2 beta to make a Gradius ReBirth wad
6.) Use Free The Wads to make my Gradius wad region-free
7.) Delete the Japanese Gradius ReBirth from my Wii using AnyTitle Deleter
8.) Install my new region-free Gradius ReBirth and enjoy!

Is there anything I'm missing or anywhere I'm mistaken?

That's mostly correct.

1.) Purchase Wii Points on to your Wii using the Wii Channel (using your default Country setting).

2.) Change Wii Shop channel to JP using AnyRegion Changer v1.1.

3.) Go into Wii Settings and and agree to the WiiConnect (otherwise the Wii won't let you use the channel).

4.) Purchase and download Gradius ReBirth.

5.) Dump Wii's NAND Flash using Waninkoko's Wii FileSystem Dumper v1 (this will take about one hour).

6.) Use trent_fox's wad packer v0.1.2 beta to make a Gradius ReBirth wad.

7.) Use Free The Wads to make Gradius ReBirth wad region-free.

8.) Install region-free Gradius ReBirth (you don't have to delete the original).

9.) Enjoy.

Gradius ReBirth was dumped a few days ago but not scene released yet. I've had it installed a PAL Wii and works 100% fine, although i doubt you will find this dump on the internet as it was only uploaded to a couple of private ftp servers.
