Uh, probably possible but..it wouldn't be released here, most likely. And if it was, great backlash would be bought upon that creator. I would check somewhere else this this sort of information.

I never understood why anyone would cheat in an online game. Is it to annoy other players or is there some false sense of achievement?
I may be a hypocrite because I don't have any problem with emulation and downloading backups (gasp!) but cheaters in online games should never be helped.
I think it has to do with maturity. Shit when i was 8, I wanted a Game Genie,
I thought it was cool before I actually had it. Once I got one, I used it once and realized what cheating was. Realized fast, cheating took the sense of achievement out of the game and made it boring to play. I learned that instant gratification is not the way to go early on. These "cheaters" are middle aged and probably never learned. Cheating is lame. Play the game how it was meant to be played!

There was a comparison of the number of Ibuprofen poisonings before and after they limited the maximum dosage per box or per pill (i'll look that up). No limit on the number of boxes you can still buy as many as you want, so people argued it was pointless.

Here we have ketoprofen that used to be prescription-only because of the risk of toxic dosages, but then they halved the dose per pill and sell them in bottles of six pills apiece instead of twenty and it doesn't need a prescription any more. Yes you can buy more than one bottle but people simply don't.
