Hacking Dual UMD

This might be a stupid question, but in terms of games that are Dual UMD, are they treated as normal games and placed as separate isos?
Like, UMD 1 goes as an iso, and UMD 2 is another iso.
I searched for the Legend of Heroes game, which is supposed to be dual UMD, but I'm not sure if I found the right one as they were all one file.

They are 2 isos but Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky Second Chapter is 2 UMDs, the first chapter is only 1 and Second Chapter isn't out in English yet.
