Hacking DSTwo Plus only adds gateway mode pretty much?

majority of the sites that sold the SuperCard DSTWO+ even stated "Supercard DSTWO Plus (DSTWO+) can play 3DS games on the Nintendo 3DS Firmware versions 4.5-9.2." Which means if you try to play it on a later firmware yea you better expect some problems.

Not that it makes much difference, but you can have an emunand up to 10.4 with it...

I forgot to mention, I did a test today, seeing if the battery was consumed with the DSi turned off and the DSTWO+ inside the console. The result was that the battery was NOT consumed at all even with the flashcart left in the console, I still have a full battery life. This test lasted 24 hours, I started it yesterday night and finished the test now.

Turned off? You're missing the point. In SLEEP MODE the dstwo will chew through your battery nearly the same as if you were playing.

Ah sleep mode, yea I did test that, it does consume some battery power versus a DS with a regular cartridge, however it wasn't a huge difference or impact on the console, again I lost about 30-40 minutes of battery life versus a normal Sleep mode with a real cartridge. It is still an exaggeration on how bad it is, it honestly isn't that bad at all, in my case I only lost about half an hour of playtime, not that big of a deal.
