Hacking DSTwo+ Not launching

I just purchased a DSTwo+ from PeachDS.com, I set it up using the DSTwo+ files from Supercard's website, but every time I boot it (tested it in an O3DSXL 4.5 and N3DS 9.2) I get the "An Error Has Occurred, please power off the 3DS" screen.

I have tested multiple MicroSD Cards with the same result. What can I do?

maybe you got a faulty card? Contact both supercard and the reseller you bought from about the issue. Sc can help you if they answer

The second picture where there's nothing in the outlined white space, there's supposed to be a chip soldered there. seeing as you can see the soldering points on each side.
