Hacking DSTWO help?

So i bought a DSTWO quite a while ago, but my 3DS doesn't seem to be able to even read the card. Is it a problem with the flashcard? Oh and my 3DS can run Pokemon Conquest just fine, so if it is a problem with the DSTWO, should i just buy a new one? Or would there be a way to fix it? Thanks in advance

Some DSTWOS have contact errors. Try pushing the cart in slightly while booting the game.

Sometimes my 3DS has trouble reading any DS games, including the DSTwo. Generally taking it out and then putting it back in, or closing the 3DS and opening it help that problem.

Does the DSTwo have a MicroSD in it with the correct software set up?
