Hacking DSTWO Error

hello

so i recently purchased 2 DSTWOs from a reseller recommend by shop temp. i received both and procceded to update them to 1.23 with a ds lite one worked perfectly the other worked for a bit. but now one of the cards only boots to the turn of 3ds error screen, ive tried re updating it but it will not fix it. any other ideas or is this card broken?

Try switching the micro SD in the DSTWOs. If it still doesn't boot you know it's not a SD problem.
