Hacking dstwo cards can break 3ds?

To put it in a simple sentence where you can understand how the dstwo works, the dstwo card does not need to load any software onto the 3ds, it basically runs everything from the card itself. Nothing will change on the 3ds so there is no concern for bricking. Now if the person who is selilng this 3ds and tossing in the dstwo that probably means he is just trying to make a sale, or selling a damaged 3ds and feels bad for hiding something and decided to throw in the dstwo card. You'll have to test out all functionality.
