DLDI patched, connected to Internet on Nintendo games (Ultimate Stars and Phantom Hourglass working fine), and now wifi homebrew doesn't work! Just keeps on saying "Associating..." and the signal is great!

Any help!

Same shit here. All my NDS games use WIFI without a problem, but neighter DSFTP, CSFTP, WIN2DS, VNCDS, NDSMAIL, DSKEY nor DSOrganize work on my DSPhat+R4. They simply refuse to connect. The problem lies with WiFilib, which doesn't use the WFC data correctly IMO. Sometimes, after tweaking lots of manual settings, some of these problematic programs do work for a while, such as WIN2DS which does connect (but freezes after a couple of minutes) and CSFTP which connects but then enters a connect-disconnect loop when starting an FTP server. DSFTP on the other hand simply dies saying "could not connect" or some shit like that.
WiFilib has a lot of growing to do before it becomes truly usefull.

change your connection type to open (or if it is on open, change it to shared) in the rouer software (or the dongle's software if you use a dongle)

How old is your DS Lite?

New DSs have revised WiFi hardware that don't accept homebrew's attempts to initialise the wireless hardware.
