PDA Homebrew Gets An Update








An update has been released for one of the most popular DS hombrew projects, DSOrganize. This update fixes several bugs along with adding support for Neoflash cards.

• Fixed incorrect sprite for calendar error.

• Fixed error in the INI parser for colors that caused black keyboard bug.
  Â Â
• Fixed inverted background color bug on scribble editor.
  Â Â
• Fixed DSOrganize not booting on NeoFlash cards!
  Â Â
• Worked on NSF unresponsive keypad.
  Â Â
• Worked on SPC sound a bit. Some of the echo is due to the library I used, sorry.
  Â Â
• Changed volume control to allow less than 100%.
  Â Â
• Changed browser to remember the last position of the cursor in each directory.
  Â Â
• Started new project of separate compiles per device of exec_stub.bin
  Â Â
• GBAMP specific build: WORKING
  Â Â
• R4/M3 Simply specific build: WORKING
  Â Â
• DLDI generic build: WORKING in some cases

There are specific instructions and downloads for R4/M3 and GBAMP users on the homepage so be sure to check that out. Remember to patch the binary with your card's DLDI patch before using DSOrganize. As always you can grab the download below.

EDIT: Does anybody know if the audio streaming is a bit more stable?

Well, I tried loading homebrew from my R4 but joy. I have dl'd the R4 version and patched it with DLDI. Oh well...

I wouldn't think so, since this release is just a bugfix, and in the release notes, audio streaming is never mentioned...

You gotta manually set your wifi. Just get a wifi enabled commercial game/ROM. Go to the "Run" in your computer. Type in cmd, and it'll open command prompt. Then type in ipconfig/all and it should come up with your IP address, a gateway, a DNS, and a couple more things that you need to manually set up your wifi. So then save your settings and open up DSO's browser, and everything should go fine...
