Gaming DSL won't read Acekard 2.1?

My DSL won't read my Acekard 2.1 but DS original does read it?? i've tried TTDS and normal DS games on my DSL and all work fine but my Acekard 2.1!!!
What can I do? ty

I had a similar problem with an AceKard 2i
It would function just fine in any DSi but no DSL would see it.
Anyone have any ideas? What is different about the DSL?

wrong section, mods please move this to a section where more people can help.
anyway, try the paper trick, clean the contacts and reformat your sd card after backing up all your files.

hahahah when I read this I thought DSL stood for Damn Small Linux which is why I thought it was a Computer Thread but then I read the OP. I knew it was purely Acekard related. lololol got me there for a sec....

Anyway as for your help, follow scrtmstr's advice. If that doesn't work than it sounds like your Acekard 2.1's internal bootloader messed up. Return it to your seller and they should give you a new one.
