Black screen on what? Dsiware or rxtools booting to emunand?
It's hard without the specifics of what you're trying to launch.

If it's Dsiware, installed where and how?

I might be wrong, but it sounds like you may have installed rxtools incorrectly.
Considering you didn't know about setting up the slot0x25KeyX.bin, it seems if you followed a guide you didn't follow it very closely.

I'd start there if you want to launch dsiware in rxtools emunand.

It does load in Sysnand..

It? I can't read your mind and discover context.
By it do you mean dsiware loads in sysnand, or do you mean rxtools will boot into sysnand?

Regardless, if you're trying to get dsiware to launch in emunand through rxtools, getting rxtools emunand to run is your main task, and following a guide to set it up properly to run would be the method of achieving this.

Both, rxtools and dsiware are booting up on sysnand..

rxtools being able to boot into sysnand and run dsiware in sysnand are not necessarily indicators of a properly set up rxtools emunand.

You can use rxtools as is if you want to run dsiware in sysnand, but if you wish to use it in emunand you'll have to properly set it up.
