Well i got a DSi until the 3DS is released. Well, i don't want to buy a flashcard since i know there will be new ones when 3DS is out. (I think) it's there any possibility to play Pokémon White/Black using MicroSD or another way? Please.

People said there would never be a DSi mode card... admittedly it took a while, but there really wasn't anything that great that was DSi exclusive and the power gain was minimal.

With the 3DS there will be exclusive games and MUCH more power in the box so far more things will be able to be done with 3DS vs a DSi than with a DSi vs DS.

I'm not objecting to the fact that the 3DS is better than the DSi, I'm objecting to the fact that he's saying that he doesn't want to buy a flashcart since the 3DS comes out soon (reasonable IMO) and that he's saving up for a 3DS flashcart (not that reasonable).

Why do you think everyone is objecting to hacking the 3DS? Because developers for the DS realised that it was so easily hacked and started developing shitty shovelware for it and couldn't care less about it. The 3DS is such a promising console no one in the scene (with a brain anyways) wants to see it hacked. Get the idea? There will most likely never be a 3DS flashcart, and even if there is, there won't be many ROM dumps (well that and the fact that no one will want to download an 8GB ROM).

lets be real an 8gb rom size (and from what ive seen its 2gb) isnt gonna stop most people. current gen console games are pirated very often

At this point in time there's no way of telling how things will turn out regarding the 3DS and modding. You'll just have to wait and see.
