Does the dsi flipnote studio read and install files only taken for that system Like that ticket system crap cause if not i got 9 good ideas for it

Flipnotes are transferrable between DS to DS on SD cards or online sharing, and can be saved as FLVs on the official website or GIF animations on your SD card.

i mean like its not share enables but im stupid and diddent read the part saying you can share them sorry but i ment can the .PMS file be edited on a pc and still apear on the dsi

what id like to no (kinda off topic but) is why you have to pay 2 dollars for a piece of crap calculator but can get a pretty good animation program absulutely free....the world is a strange place.
