Uh, thats not an exploit. Thats just a RAM tracing setup, so they can monitor exactly whats going on internaly in the DSi. I'm pretty sure that setup cant run code on DSi at all. They're using it to get info about the DSi and its internal workings (software wise), so they should hopefully be able to find exploits using it.
