I've checked the NDS Release List for a lot of terms such as "Yoshi", "Island", "Demo"...I don't think this has been posted before.

But, if it has, please let me know - so that I can remove it

It's a demo version of Yoshi's Island DS.

Ever walked into Gamestop, Wal-Mart, EB Games, Best Buy, etc and seen a DS kiosk station?

Well, the cart in the DS they're letting you play is usually a demo cart.

In this case, the dumper was able to get a hold of the Yoshi's Island DS Demo cart that was inside a sample DS at a store.

After he got a hold of it, of course, he dumped it.


Does that clear it up?

No, G-Online is the name for the NDS/GBA/Wii Release database thing on the site.
Click on the 'Releases' icon on the bar at the top and you'll see what I'm talking about

Oh, you're right, never thought of that.. though,when i think about it,i've seen it before in the release list.

For some reason, the release list here is called G-Online. And that's what GBAtemp puts on screenshots to show they came from here.

I wonder how many "scene" releases that was "stolen" from the original dumper and then released, then we have to nuke a lot of releases

according to Ludibria it is a dupe of .iND.2008-02-27 (it was labeled stolen before) but the info of the ROM was posted in no intro forum February 6th, so i wonder who stole from who?

That's right. I can prove every single of my dump with hi-res pictures of the carts, actual picture or picture with my name etc. Which I doubt can prove the other side.
