isnt this something (as said before) tht the reps have? then why has it been dumped here while this should be exclusively available to nintendo only? or is it tht ppl are distributing the shaymin?

They dumped this simply because they had the chance. I really doubt there is any other reason.

I remember getting my mew on pokemon red at a Nintendo event, when use just used your link cable at one of the employees of nintendo to get your mew.

There's pretty much no chance it was ever dumped.

If run on a flashcart it can be used to wirelessly send a special event Shaymin to Pokemon Pearl and Diamond games.

It bugs that they put these events in the game (go to the isnald to get Darkrai, the one to get Shaymin) and they even translate them, but instead of properly activating the event, they just have a distribution cart that gives you the legendary.

and, even though it will look weird that the date the pokemon is received will be 'wrong', since it is 2010 etc.. it is still fine, because you can receive the wondercard at a legit, eg. when GAME was giving them out, and then you could just wait months and months to speak to the pokemart guy, and so you could pick the pokemon up in 2083 while it will still be legit. it just can't be below the date distributed, well, it would jst look weird.
