DS touch input to button rom hack?

How would one approach a romhack for a DS game to mimic touch movement with pressing buttons?
Maybe similar to the phantom hourglass rom hack, that makes using button input for movement possible.
Id like to remap the camera movement via screen swipe in the king kong DS game to the xyab buttons.

very good question, I am search myself.
I want Dementium and Moon on D-Pad and not touch. extra need rom hack for zelda microphone fake to blow out the fire. need it for testing NDS emulation on Sony PS Vita PSTV.

Iirc Moon and Dementium do support camera controls via XABY, dont they? Im pretty sure I played them some time ago with the controls mod that makes using the N3ds c-stick instead of the buttons for camera possible. Doesnt this mod just remap the buttons to the c-stick?

camera controls via XABY, yes this is what I am search for... is it a Patch or so ? please post link to them. nah I have no C-Stick, I am use a PS Vita PSTV. thats why I need it hardcoded into the rom file Dementium or Moon
