    somewhere
    I used to have one!

They were great, although you need to boot your homebrew from a slot-2 card in order to use them, or switch your slot-1 card. In fact one of my games (SensitivDS) can use the motion controls.

If you are interested in motion controls, Neoflash make a card called the R6Gold, which uses the same technology. It can patch some commercial games to use motion also like mariokart, but motion is best used in homebrew anyway. The homebrew compatibility of the R6Gold is very good, commercial games are apparently hit&miss and the price is a little high, but if its something you want...

Currently there is no DSi compatible motion card of any sort.

    Where intellect matters
Some homebrew actually support the tilting, like I remember one of Spinal_Cord's firmwares had support for it.

I snagged an R6 at http://www.zhuzhuchina.com for $25 but that was a while ago. It's great for games like namico museum, load runner and the like. It's more of a novelty than anything. I'd say pocket physics is great with it though.
