it's more like an aplication than a game, it actually very nice.
you can put it on your card the same way as you normaly do with games.

The touchscreen represents the guitar strings, and you strum them with the stylus. You can assign different chords to the D-pad, and use the D-pad and the touchscreen to play guitar. Voila: DS guitar.
