Because im on 4.5 i cant use hax's and its the more easy method to update to 9.2 with a cia?

And i want use a 4GB SD card i dont have place to emunad bc i only want install some legit cia when i get the 9.2.

You can install rxtools from the web browser. You dont need a ds flashcart. You should also invest in a bigger SD card, am 8GB or 16GB card will only cost $15 at most even from an expensive retail shop.

i have bigger sd cards but now they are busy and that SD card was with the 3DS than i bought from a second hand shop.

I installed rxtools 2.6 some hours ago but i dont understand good how inject fbi and im really confused... i think its more easy using that old CFW.

You can install fbi.cia using fbi.3dsx which you can launch from the homebrew launcher.

I cant enter to home brew launcher without hax right? i only use spider explot and i finded a place with the ds explot than i was asking and i installed it... but Palantine or PBT don want run! have a low %.

In resume now i only have mset exploit and spider one.

Using PBT is possibe, but you need a loto of patience.

It's better to run RXTools and install FBI. It's easy:
- enter RXTools
- go to advanced
- select Install FBI
- select sysnand
- Select Check only TMD

Now write your FW region and version, go to RXTools github and download the 2 right files for your FW region end version and copy them in the sd ROOT

at this point do again all the steps but at the end select inject FBI.

Remember that if you want to update your susnand you dont't have to launch RXmod or you'll brick the 3ds, you have to go to Advanced and lauch Pasta mode.

I dont know why a sd card need have wifi... its free wifi or whatelse?

Install Sudokuhax (with it replacing Nintendo DS Connections) https://gbatemp.net/threads/tutorial-new-installing-sudokuhax-on-3ds-4-x-9-2.388621/ It's what I have with my old 3DS that I still use the MSET exploit on. Then you can install rxtools ds exploit through there.

Wow seriously? Low-end 32GB cards (not high class numbers etc) seem to be consistent around $30-$40 here. That's about $20-$26 in US dollars.
