When i boot any DS or DSi game. even if i go to System settings > Internet Settings > nintendo ds connections, it would attempt to load, but then would crash, and i would have to hold down the power button for like a couple seconds to turn the whole thing off, then turn it back on again. i tried using the information on “DSi / DS functionality is broken after completing the guide”, but it still didnt work, and also, DS/DSi compatibility still worked after i hacked it. Any solutions? oh yeah, i have a new 2ds xl with the latest firmware and luma 3ds v10.2.1-70864f08. HELP!

Try updating the firmware. If something is missing, it will download the missing titles.
