The purpose of rating is to give people an idea of how good/bad the game ACTUALLY IS.
While the game very probably is shovelware, fooling people with your "guessed" rating driven by prejudice isn't ideal either.

It's not a teaching simulator.

It's a series of crappy touching and simple-reasoning based mini-games.

What a waste. It actually might have served some purpose as an edutainment title about teaching, but instead it just ended up as a puzzle game for 3 year olds.
