Yep, they are. Those things were a usual "gift" in the Kinder Surprise brand, some time ago...

Yeah same here. "Hungry, hungry hippo *kicks hippo leg into the air*" Great ad. Game looks like it is meant for children under the age of 8. The cover art is pretty cool, anything with a hippo wins.
