Hacking dramatical murder recode script question

I'm looking at the script file for dramatical murder recode. They are in an arcive called allscr.mrg
The pc version is .nps so it was no help unless I can find a tool to unpack it. I wanted to do a translation because this had mizukis route added.
Does anyone have any ideas how to unpack the .mrg files?

Got the npa tool to work and extracted pc scripts. Just waiting on bms script to unpack vita file
