Does anyone know whether the Gamestop and BestBuy tour event used special carts?
And if so does anyone know if the roms have been released/leaked?

I can tell you that it wasn't a special cartridge, but rather a special save file (I know someone who dumped the cart at one of the events and that when they attempted to launch it, it was just the regular game title.

@phoenixgoddess, NO, I was asking about info about roms. I know better than to ask for a rom. Besides I have the actual cart for the game so I don't need a rom for it, I just was unable to get to the events and am not in a position to find someone in my area that did make it.

Sounds like you're asking where to get a ROM to me. That's just as taboo as asking for the ROM itself.

It's a normal cart with a special save file. I read a horror story about how the moron running the event at one Best Buy started a new game and wiped out the special save so no one at that event got the map.

I have a better idea.
Why not just use an Action Replay Cheat Code to unlock all of the event goodies? Gee that sounds like allot less trouble then seeking the "Event ROM" on Google and finding some link to some website that installs some nasty MALWARE on your system, thus killing your machine and leaving you with angry parents and no computer.
