Gaming Dragonball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 3 PAL 480p

I got a PAL wii with a wiikey and I play DBZ 3 sometimes, but the thing is it won't run in 480p, the wii menu is fine it all runs in 480p and when i boot the game it shifts back to interlaced. Anyone experienced this too? or knows a way to fix this???
