So I downloaded Dragonball Xenoverse Bundle Edition on a website, but after I had installed it, it just opens up Steam and goes straight to the store. Is there any way to get past this annoyance, since I no longer have an Xbox to play the game on?

Sounds like you didn't download a cracked version. Buy the game or use reliable sources (aka, not shitty file sharing blogs that use multilink lockers).
