Are there any graphics mods available for this game?

Not like resolution mods, more like mods to enhance the honestly poor render distance

I know this game runs on the UE4 engine, how would I go about tinkering with the settings (if there even are any)?

Thanks, if anyone else is interested these are for the JP release, the JP release contains english text too
