Gaming DQXI Weird Problem !

So when i play DQXI on my switch, the game randomly freezes in different parts of the game

This is only a problem when in 3D mode, 2D mode there is no issues and i can continue the storyline with no issue

I have tried everything to fix the issue as i want the 3d experience

How can i fix this ? i have tried the following:

reinstalled the base game, then with updates, then with dlcs > doesnt fix anything
tried reinstalling onto console instead of sd card > wont let run it

I am using sx os 3.1.0 and CFW 11.0

All other games i have seem to work really well , just this particular game it seems.

Any tips ?

found the fix , used a xci instead of nsp. working 100%
