Hello guys! I have used SUPER to convert some AVI video files to DPG format. Every time I try to open any of them DPG Player gives errors for ever single one of them. I used the default settings from SUPER(Nintendo DS) to convert all my files. I already tried BatchDPG for one of the files & it too wouldn't play from DPG Player. I know opinions are given about both SUPER & BatchDPG. I have tried both but can't view any converted files from this DPG Player. Is this DPG Player known to be buggy? Any other application(s) to try for playing DPG files? I'd like to view my files before just copying to my MicroSD card to make sure they actually do work. Thanks!

BTW, I'm using Vista from PC!

Testing on the DS is an idea but doesn't solve my questions/problems. You have to remove the flashcart & MicroSD card from the DS & then plug back into the PC just to copy the file(s) & then you're taking a chance that the file(s) aren't gonna work. By being able to view/play the files from the PC DPG Player will confirm if they work BEFORE having to fool with removing all the stuff from the DS. Yeah, it's not that hard but still why remove the flashcart & MC if you don't know if the files are even gonna work?

I do have AviSynth installed as well. I do have a few files needed to transfer so taking the time to do this without knowing if they'll work isn't what I'm looking for here. I just wanna use the player to test my files out first. This should be the case with most everybody really. Why even have the DPG player if we're just gonna take the files straight to the DS first? Thanks!

It's working now! I went back & re-installed AviSynth. I still had some initial problems from the player. I had to go back & restart DPG Player to get it to work. Hmm? Anyhow, all my DPG files seem to work from the player now. On a side note, is there any application to combine/join DPG files? I forgot to join a couple avi's before converting to DPG files so I have two files for a couple of the same movies which certainly isn't needed for the DS. I assume there isn't a program but thought I'd go ahead & ask here. If not, then no big deal I'll just have to keep these couple movies with 2 different files. Thanks guys for the help!

You can connect any screen panel to any mobo but you need a signal converter.
