Homebrew Download Play with HANS

I want to load the Japanese version of Download Play with HANS, but every time I click "OK" to run it, it freezes. Any help?

I don't understand the point of using HANS with download play. Say, in this way we can download play Mario cart JPN on a NA console?

The FW spoof doesnt work.
I was on 9.9, and my freind was on 10.3.
I tried to play MK7 with him, and it told me to update.
Ran through hans with FWSpoof and it still told me to update.

I KNEW IT. If only I could go back to those people that called me a **** because I couldn't get FW Spoof to work and show them this post.
