Ask @cpasjuste, the issue is in CTRBootManager. You can first try the test release I linked above, though.

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

This is RedNAND enabled (in fact, always was). You only need to be careful with minsize RedNANDs in the test build right now, as the restore feature for that requires some fixing still.
I've found the reply you were talking about, I can enter in Decrypt9 if I use Pasta mode in sysNAND, so, it's enough for me, I don't care if I can't enter in CTR, just want a way to enter.

Thanks a lot!!

I'm having a problem where NCCH Padgen under XORpad Generator Options fails every time. Anybody know what to do in this situation?

@d0k3 I've made a mistake. The restoration of the EmuNAND using Decrypt9 was fine. The problem was AuReiNand pre-patched FIRMs.

I retried it just now with pre-patched FIRM disabled and my EmuNAND is now a RedNAND (Complete RedNAND setup with EmuNAND9, then restoration using Decrypt9. Conversion with EmuNAND9 also works).

I used Decrypt9 to replace sysNAND's CTRNAND with emuNAND's today, effectively bringing my need for emuNAND to an end (hurray A9LH). Keep up the good work, @d0k3.

Hm..now I'm in a bit of a bind. After restoring my CTRNAND to sysNAND, I'm not able to boot TWL titles or DS carts anymore; they either give a black screen or say "An error has occurred." Reinstalling TWL_FIRM hasn't helped either. Did I need to inject my TWL_NAND partition as well? If so, I guess I'm stuck without restoring back to 9.2...

I would try to inject TWL_NAND, yes. It can't hurt anyway.

The problem is that I can't; I foolishly deleted the full emuNAND backup I had, thinking everything was alright, before trying DS stuff. All I have is my emuNAND's CTRNAND (10.7), and two full sysNAND backups: one from before A9LH on 9.2, and one after A9LH on 9.2, and these two sysNAND backups are unlinked from my former emuNAND. I guess if there was a way to have my sysNAND backup use my Nintendo 3DS folder (so I don't have to reinstall all of my games), I could just flash the post-A9LH backup and then just update sysNAND to 10.7 again.

I would try to backup CTRNAND, then restore 9.2 clean backup with A9LH, update again and reflash CTRNAND (so you won't lose anything).
Just be extra-careful before updating again, to check that A9LH is in place and working with FIRM patches. You don't want to end up on a 10.7 firmware without A9LH... (at least if you don't have OoT3D).

Unfortunately, that did nothing, I still get black screens or "An error has occurred." I guess my only option now is to figure out how to "relink" these so I don't have to reinstall 30GB of games.

Edit: Injecting emuNAND's movable.sed and ticket.db into my 9.2 CTRNAND works, but I lose my friend code and have to unwrap 100 presents. I guess that's the price I pay for my idiocy.

Alright, here's the closing chapter to my story: after injecting movable.sed, ticket.db, LocalFriendCodeSeed_B as well as the "data" folder from my 10.7 CTRNAND, to my 9.2 CTRNAND, I have my friend code, Miis, and DS stuff working and intact. I essentially "re-linked" my NAND backups this way, and didn't lose anything. With that, I'll stop spamming the thread.

I have problems with restoring the sysNAND on my O3DS. The working folders are in the root of the sd card, but Decrypt9WIP only shows me the Game directory: /D9Game, not even the Work directory: /Decrypt9, but it exists .

The sysNAND restore failed with:
"Failed retrieving the file names list
NAND Restore: failed!

Press B to return, START to reboot."

I put the NANB.BIN in the /Decrypt9 in the root and also only in the root, but always the same error...
