Homebrew downgrading on 11.0?

You guys are probably lurking these forums everyday and get annoyed by repeated posts, but you don't have to act like the OP is doing the same thing.
All you have to say is no, you cannot downgrade, there is a notice at the top of every subforum stating this please read it, and then pin a mod so it gets locked.

Refrain from talking shit if you don't have anything positive to say. Otherwise you are better off not replying to the thread at all.
