ROM Hack Downgrading Help

By following plailect guide i have downgraded my nfirm and now at the part where i have to downgrade to 9.2.
It says in the guide to do a system format before downgrading because i used fieldrunners to downgrade, will my nfirm downgrade be lost if i format. Help please.

Nope, NATIVE_FIRM will not be affected

Yeah, the nfirm downgrade will still be intact. Formats cannot mess with the firms (only updates i think)
