Hacking Downgrading Help please =)

Hi there guys!
I'm a bit confused with the downgrading process from 3.3Uv2 to 3.2U.
Can someone point me in the right direction?
I have an idea how to do it, but I just want some confirmation before I try.
The guides here kind of help but they don't specify it in detail & the only guide that has it explained pretty well
doesn't have the files anymore due to some scam.
So I don't know what to do >.>
Any help would be appreciated!

Edit : Oh I forgot, my Wii is already Softmodded but I want to go to 3.2 so I can install the Gamma 002 fix & Starfall =)
One more question, should I update back to 3.3 afterward? Or just stay on 3.2? Which has more advantages
I know its asking a lot, but anything would help =)

Question : Can I install the Gamma #002 Fix without going back to 3.2? =o
If so how? I read I needed to go to 3.2 first? But I'm not so sure..

If you're looking to downgrade, check out this guide:

You might need to update to 3.4 first, then downgrade to 3.2. That's what I did. *It may have made the process more complicated but I could follow the guide exactly*

Also, Is there any way I could install the Gamma #002 Fix without on 3.3V2?
I heard you can't but, yeah..
