Hacking downgrading from 3.4E clueless

Ok I always used to install wads without any problems

But now my sister upgraded the wii to 3.4 -.- and just that day I deleted all my wads because I wanted to put some new onces on

I have tried tutorials and stuff but I just cant manage to downgrade my system from 3.4

Does anyone have a zip file with all the files I need?

Btw I have the homebrew channel installed.

if you have HBC just use ARC or wanin's downgrader.
