Do you have a backed up nand from your 3ds at the version you want to downgrade to
this is something you should have made while at a lower system menu version from your 3ds
If you didnt then its not possible so you will just need to wait for the next exploit that allows kernel access

Unfortunately no I didn't know there was a way to hack my 3ds without a flashcard at that time...
