Homebrew Downgrades in the future? (11.0)

I may be misremembering but wasn't there a thing a couple of weeks ago where one would use slowhax to inject Sudoku v1 and SudokuHax into almost any DSiware?

Only on an already hacked console, which you could then system transfer to an unhacked one to downgrade it.

Yeah, I meant install a legit CIA from it. If somehow somebody found a fourswords legit CIA or maybe I can make a dump from my 3DS

I believe the game and the save both need to be larger or equal.
