Hacking Downgrade

Hey, im still pretty new here and I wanted to ask if i can downgrade my 2DS from 9.9 to my NAND backup.
I didnt happen yet, but I'd like to know if that's even possible

From my experience, you have to hardmod your 2DS to connect your 2DS's NAND with computer and reflash the backup.
That means you have to open your 2DS's mainboard and solder 4 points of contact to 4 wires.
Then solder 4 wires to a card reader or SD adapter and plug into PC.

You can but only with a hardmod. hardmods arent too complicated as long as you have the right tools, and if your NAND backup is below 9.2 then that's even better.

now with that being said, find out where the connections are for the 2DS and you've got yourself a modded 2ds.

go ahead and backup your 9.9 NAND just in case the older backup is corrupt
(you can never be too sure, you wouldn't want a brick in your hands)

You could wait. With Ninjhax 2.0 released it probably won't be long before GW and other cards are able to run on >9.2 code.

you could always just spend a little more on amazon or ebay and grab a 9.2 new 3ds and go from there.
