Hacking Downgrade question... is that possible

so... i have a O3DS XL in fw 9.5
make a hardmod its easy to me
my question is: can i use the downgrade files from GW to downgrade it via hardmod
OR
can i use someone sysnand backup in my 3ds??

if you have a nand backup you can restore with the hardmod, and no the backup has to be from your own console.

thats i was afraid

too sad for me.... i only was able to get a GW past year, with another 3ds in 4.5, because my XL was too updated for it
