Hacking Downgrade 11.0 U to 9.2

Just quick question, Old 3ds xl FW 11.0 U is able to downgrade to 9.2 after installed homebrew without do hardmod? THANKS

You cannot without hardmod. Please search the forums next time - too many duplicate threads

Did you not see the information when creating a thread? Only 10.7 and below can be downgraded.

You can DSiWare downagrade too, don't forget.
