You already created a thread about this an hour or so ago and got told it can't be done unless you got a hard mod so why the heck did you feel the need to create a new thread only to end up getting the same answer???

until a new ARM11 kexploit is out, you need a hard mod to downgrade. no exceptions. there also won't be another one for a long time, so...

also, we can't answer the question "when will a new kernel exploit happen" because they have to be found, it's impossible to say "we will find one on x date".

Introducing.... MEMCHUNXHAX 3! Arm11 kernal acces on both old and new 3DS, and has a lot of access to other usless stuff. Downgrading from 10.5 to 9.2, yes!!
