ROM Hack Question Doubt

Ok, so I know I'm a newbie in this, but, if I hack my switch with atmosphère and I don't go online anymore, will I be able to get any game for free without any ban risk??

nothing is risk free.
but if you never go online anymore, you are just auto-banning yourself, so that's probably not a problem to be banned.

if you don't want to be banned in hope to one day go back online, then you need to do this :
1 - Use a never compromised console (no homebrew or CFW even done on it)
- Use your console legally
2- disable internet, enable plane mode
- make a Full NAND dump using Hekate. possibly, backup your SD card too.
- now you can CFW and hack it all you want, always stay offline.
3- when you want to go back online, restore your NAND copy (you'll have a legit never hacked console again) and your SD card (in case you installed non legit games).
- go back to step 1


Note : every time you restore a clean NAND and connect online, you need to make a new NAND dump before going to hack and CFW again, as nintendo keeps track of the last time you connected your console online.
if you restore a too old NAND they will notice.

piracy offline : yes
piracy online : no, you'll be ban.
piracy with hacked online : sometime (some games allow private server LAN play instead of internet official online play), but be careful when using online while in CFW, without the proper protection nintendo will ban you.

Yes it's called Tinfoil and knowing where to look for NSPs. If you're on 6.2 right now I think you're stuck using Atmosphere, anything lower and you can use whatever CFW you want. I prefer ReiNX (http://reinx.guide) but it's mostly a matter of preference right now.

I have on several occasions gone online after coming back from CFW and done a restore of an old NAND without getting banned. Though I haven't ever played any games online, just used the eShop. This was also on OFW 5.X. I haven't done it on OFW 6+.

If you look closely at his post, you'll see i snipped out the link (and it says "last edited by Issac" along with the reason for my edit). He linked to both a tutorial AND a place to download stuff. Just FYI
